Around 3:00 PM, Dr. Singhal was driving from his hospital towards his residence in the Ramnagar Road area. As he approached Gandhi School near the post-mortem house, he noticed smoke emanating from the dashboard. Reacting swiftly, he pulled over and exited the vehicle. Within moments, the car was engulfed in flames, leaving onlookers in shock.
